Log into Websitepanel, go to the user account and then to hosting space. Select Edit Details on the right menu. Select a new plan from "Hosting Plans" drop down list and hit Update.
If you want to change quotas of the existing plan, you can do that the same way.
User account >> hosting space >> Edit Details, select "Overwrite quotas at Space Level" and edit the quotas and hit Update.
